Coozify offers a 30-day return policy for all items starting from the date of receipt.* If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, Coozify gladly accepts returns, provided that the items are unused, not installed, and remain in their original packaging.*
To initiate a return, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product at sales@coozify.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Approval is required for return requests, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and tracking. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers may opt to arrange their own return shipping, or utilize our return shipping carrier, with associated costs deducted from the refund.
In the event that returned items are damaged, used, or missing components upon arrival at our warehouse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund.
While rare, mishaps can occur. Damages, defects, or missing components must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Issues reported beyond this timeframe may not qualify for an exchange or return. Please report any concerns to sales@coozify.com, including your order number and the item name.
Shipping and Lead Times:
In stock orders ship within 2 business days of PO receipt (continental US). Ground shipping to: Canada & US. Taxes and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the distributor and will not
included in the shipping quote.
Backorders:
POs will be confirmed upon receipt. If any item is on backorder, the partner will be notified with an ETA date.
All backorders will ship automatically upon availability unless we receive a written cancellation by e-mail or
fax.
Return Policy:
All returned products must be unused and uninstalled in the original packaging and include all original items
including installation instructions. A restocking fee of 30% will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping labels and call tags are available at request; cost of shipping will be deducted from total
credit after restocking fee (if applicable).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged, defective, and missing products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to make a claim with the manufacturer.
Special Orders
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted on special order, custom, or final sale products. This includes all KUBE BATH bathroom vanities.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Canceled Orders
A 3% cancellation fee is applied to any orders which are canceled before shipping. Exceptions may apply to orders under $1500, please contact us to see if your order is eligible for exclusion.
Price Adjustments
Only purchases made within 14 days prior to a change in price and within applicable promotional item limits, are eligible for a price adjustment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All refunds will be issued according to the price of the product at the time of purchase.
Please fully Inspect all your items on pickup or delivery. All damages must be noted on the POD upon delivery.Failing to do so will limit our ability to file any claims against the Carrier.
